Yes! All of our communities are pet-friendly. We love welcoming your furry family members. However, for safety and insurance purposes, certain breeds are not permitted:

American Staffordshire Terriors
Rottweilers
German Shepherds
Chow Chows
Huskies
Akitas
Wolf Hybrids
Doberman Pinschers
Bull Mastiffs
Any hybrid mix of the above
Please note: a maximum of two (2) pets are allowed per home and there are pet fees if renting a home.
Yes! At Palm Breeze Estates, we welcome long-term RV stays. Choose from a variety of RV sites and become part of our friendly community.
For 1 month or longer reservations, we ask that you please Apply Here. *Reservation is contingent upon approval of your application. Once your application is submitted, a member of our sales team will reach out.
Our clubhouse is open to guests Monday-Sunday 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
You will have access to our indoor laundry facility Monday – Sunday 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
