A Few Simple Rules for a Great Stay
We want every guest to feel safe, welcome, and comfortable. These rules help us maintain the high standards reflected in our 4.0-star Google rating and 9 five-star reviews. Thank you for doing your part.
Cancellation Policy
WEEKLY STAYS: If cancelling with 7 or more days notice, a refund will be given less a 25% cancellation fee. If cancelling with less than 7 days notice, no refund will be issued.
MONTHLY STAYS: If cancelling with 14 or more days notice, a refund will be given less a 50% cancellation fee. If cancelling with less than 14 days notice, no refund will be issued.
Pet Policy
LEASH RULES: While our park is pet-friendly, please keep your furry friends on a leash at all times.
BREED RESTRICTIONS: Due to safety and insurance requirements, the following breeds are not allowed on the premises: Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chow Chows, Huskies, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, Doberman Pinschers, Bull Mastiffs, any hybrid mix of the above.
NUMBER OF PETS: A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed per home and there are pet fees for rented homes.
