Palm Breeze Estates near Lakeland, FL

From day one Edna (Jellybean), has been very helpful.We arrived after dark and not only did she help us get backed in & hooked up, but so did our new neighbors. I appreciate her optimistic personality which contributes greatly to the overall morale of the community. (Notice that I said community and not rv park) This place has strong neighborhood vibes. Families live here with their kids and it is so relaxing after work sitting outside watching the sunset while hearing the playful laughter of the kids as they ride by on their bicycles.

​I recently went through a complete nightmare after being victimized by real estate fraud, which left me with an overnight eviction notice from my home of five years in Polk City. Forced to leave almost everything behind, I threw what I could into a newly purchased travel trailer with nowhere to go, until a friend recommended Palm Breeze Estates. ​From the moment I called, the manager, Jellybean, was absolutely amazing—she kindly offered me a spot and let me move in right away. As a first-time camper owner, I was incredibly anxious about parking it, but several friendly neighbors immediately stepped out to help me set everything up. ​Since moving in, my stay has been incredibly peaceful and enjoyable. What I appreciate most is that management doesn't micro-manage your personal space, yet they remain highly understanding, helpful, and accommodating with any issues that arise. It is a wonderfully down-to-earth, supportive community of everyday people, and I would highly recommend Palm Breeze Estates to any friends or family looking for a great place to call home.

This rv park is different from most of the ones I’ve been at. There’s a real place of feeling welcomed here for me. I have been feeling like being at home here in this place. So many families live here and the children playing outside reminds me when I used to be able to do that when I was a kid. Since I’ve been here from the beginning of the year in January I have felt welcomed and nothing has disappeared so it’s a great place to live in without being jacked( or get something stolen). I appreciate the manager by the nickname of jellybean which has been there for anything that I have needed ever since I’ve been here. For instance my lights went out and she got someone by the name of Luis to come help me out with my problem. I’m grateful that he figured out the problem which was my 50 to 30 amp reducer . I went to get a new one – problem solved. But don’t be discouraged by the appearance of the park. Some really good people live here and I got to see that for myself. I really enjoyed living here with everyone that surrounds me and I appreciate the welcoming of me in my older travel trailer. I recommend this place to whoever wants to stay for a short while or a long while. I was here for a job which came to an end today. I will be going back to my home state in at but I will take with me all the good memories that I got to live while staying here in Palm Breeze. Thank you all for the great memories I will take with me. I hope I didn’t offend anyone while I was here. I was at work most of the time. Thank you so much for letting me stay . GBYA.

I would tell some one about the park if thay need a place. I like the place, very nice people. Management is excellent, i always get help by the one in charge at the park.

Very calm relaxed and good pricing on the monthly 🤝

Palm Breeze is not a fancy place with amenities outside of utilities however a little community of SUCH kind helpful people. For example when we pulled in at dark peiple came up to help us get us in the tight spot . Edna the ofrice mgr stayed till we were all set.. Its a very convenient location and Very reasonable rates too . Dont go through campspot but go direct to the park office
